New to meditation? Christine works with those new to meditation by first demystifying this sacred practice and then by guiding her clients through the basics so that they may feel most comfortable cultivating a meditation practice that is most suitable for them. Then, through mindful meditation and a deep connection to your own breath, you are able to foster a deep connection with the divine nature within you.

Through the inner journey, as you begin to transform and experience the effects of intentionally loving yourself, all of the relationships in your life begin to transform. Breathwork

Breathwork in yoga is called pranayama or “life force extension”. In yoga, it is known that all individual’s life force (prana) is carried on the breath, meaning…

“Shallow breathing = Shallow life force / Deep breathing = Deep life force.”

Our first Breathwork and Meditation session will include an in depth conversation about the nature of breathing and will then guide you through gentle breath techniques to get you started on your journey back to your sacred center. From this place of intentionally breathing, your life begins to heal.

 
 
 

Connection

Ultimately, meditation is about cultivating a deep connection to who you really are, beyond your work, your personality and your daily responsibilities. Our sessions will provide mindfulness tools and exercises that you can implement into your daily routine and that will keep you connected and intentionally engaged in your own wellness.
