Christine Fogarty is the Founder and Director of FreedOhm Wellness; with over 15 years of experience as a licensed Holistic Health Practitioner, Empowerment Coach, Expert Yoga Trainer, Meditation and Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Master Teacher.
Having completed over 1,500 hours of study, training and certification in many holistic modalities including yoga, massage, somatic healing, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, and energy healing, Christine utilizes these tools to develop uniquely tailored wellness programs for her individual clients, small group clients, and corporate clients.
Today, Christine offers empowerment coaching, yoga for spiritual awakening, mindfulness, meditation and overall holistic wellness to clients who are seeking self awareness, release from trauma, a calm mind, and a peace-filled life. Taking the body, mind and spirit into consideration, Christine focuses on designing and curating unique and practical tools that are accessible and nurturing to her clients; her ultimate goal being to empower her clients to be the primary source of their own healing.
Lastly, Christine is a certified Reiki Master Teacher. having studied energy theory, the core principles of Usui Reiki healing, and the Chakra system. Christine utilizes this modality of energy work to break down energetic disruptions or blockages throughout the whole person, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
