First off, thank you for finding us! You can reserve by purchasing a session (reiki, meditation, yoga, wellness) through our website, fill out the form with your preferred date and time, and you will receive a call/text or email to confirm your session. You can also call (714) 202-7232 or email: info@freedOhmstudio.com if you have any questions.

Where is the studio, and where should I park?

We are located on the southeast corner of Glassell Street and La Veta Avenue. You can’t miss it! Free parking on-site, right behind the building.

What should I wear?

You should wear comfortable clothes that you can move, sit, or lay in. Keep in mind that there are times when you will be bending forward, so a shirt that you can tuck in, or won’t fall down may be things to consider.

Do I need to bring my own gear?

You may bring your own gear, or we have everything you need here: yoga mat, blocks, bolsters, and blankets.

I have an injury, can I still practice?

With any injury or medical history, it is always important to consult your physician before starting physical activity.

Yoga can be strenuous, and requires mindful movements and proper alignment to ensure a healthy practice. It is up to the practitioner to prevent injury.
If you would like to ask the instructor for modifications before class, you are more than welcome to do so, but this does not ensure that an injury will not occur or worsen. We do our very best to keep everyone safe. In the end, it is up to you to be honest with your body and your limitations.
