This is the last sound bath at FreedOhm Wellness. We are so excited and anticipatory of the connection and magic that will unfold. Please join for this very special, sentimental solstice event.

With Christine & Shawn guiding you, the evening will unfold with gentle movement, simple breath awareness, and a guided music experience, curated to help settle body and mind. We will flow into a 60 minute immersive sound bath—a sonic journey designed to release tension, restore energy, and open space for intuitive renewal.

After the sound journey, the container remains open for gentle reflection, sharing, movement, and community connection.
