Paola teaches vinyasa in Long Beach, CA. Through mindful movement and meditative action, Paola creates a space for yogis to drop into their mind, body and soul. Her flows are inspired by cultivating a sense of grounding, peace, and bliss. She incorporates asanas in a way that stimulates your senses, fostering connection with the subtle energetic body, keeping a warm and mindful vibe in class.
