Big Changes Coming to FreedOhm Wellness
Beyond the obvious 2026 change—i.e. closing the community wellness space in Long Beach to move to a private office to focus more on private clients and expand Corporate Wellness offerings—there are more shifts unfolding!
We tend to make our personal changes at the same rate that our external environment appears to be changing, trying to keep up with the evolution.
But is this truly the best way to move forward as a human species—as a human soul? I’m not so sure that it is.
For the past few months, I have been quietly hosting a free weekly video gathering called Awakening the Self on the Soultivation platform. I’m deeply grateful for the space they provided and for the souls who joined me there. It has been a gentle and meaningful container for reflection, conversation, and connection.
As my work continues to evolve, I’ve felt the call to bring this offering fully home.
After being bombarded every day, nearly every moment sometimes,
it’s a refreshing breath of fresh air,
a cool sip of water on a hot day,
and a bite of perfectly ripe fruit when you’re hungry,
to be met with authenticity.
Beginning soon, this weekly gathering will move onto the FreedOhm Wellness platform and will carry a new name: The Path of the Seeker.
This shift feels aligned with the deeper intention of the space — not simply awakening, but walking together in curiosity, inquiry, and embodied remembrance.
Bringing it onto my own platform allows for greater continuity, and integration within our growing FreedOhm community.
This next chapter of FreedOhm Wellness will be called The Path of the Seeker—a monthly devotional container of slow-release teachings and weekly live conversations for those who feel called to deepen their spiritual practice in community.
I’m excited for what this next chapter will hold.
Stay tuned for more specifics on our new weekly offering — I look forward to walking this path with you.
Soon I’ll be hosting a free informational gathering to share more about The Path of the Seeker and answer questions. If you feel drawn, you’re welcome to join.
As a thank you for stepping in early, attendees will receive a special founder’s rate when enrollment opens.
